The 3-day Planning Meeting for the Regional Youth Project on Leadership, Innovation and Entrepreneurship (RYPLIE) on Leaving No One Behind National Dialogues will bring together UNDP Country Office innovation and youth focal points, government representatives, members of the “Youth Empowerment Alliance of Incubators” (hereinafter the “Youth Alliance”) together with selected young entrepreneurs and social innovators from Asia and the Pacific.
APYE in Thailand team was invited as representatives on behalf of young social entrepreneur network, to participate in discussion on understanding the ecosystem and skills required for young entrepreneurs and social innovators in Asia and the Pacific, as well as to share best practices on youth-led entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives.

Based on the learning and experience of the Planning Meeting, representatives from 12 countries will focus on designing concrete action plans adapted to each country context to develop Youth Leadership, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, with an emphasis on multi-stakeholder approaches and perspectives to promote joint implementation.
The event was a great sharing and learning environment from governments, leading social enterprises and UNDP offices in the region, contributing to greater collaboration and commitment towards youth development in Asia Pacific.
